1. What this site is
HeatNest publishes editorial comparisons of consumer products. It is not a shop. We do not sell, stock, ship, install or service any product described here, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a seller. Every purchase is made directly with the seller, on the seller's website, under the seller's terms.
2. Nature of our content
Our comparisons are documentary. We read what sellers publish, record what they do not publish, compare prices, and check independent public sources such as Trustpilot. We do not test products and we never claim to have tested them. Scores are our editorial opinion, derived from published criteria and weights set out on our method page.
3. Accuracy and change
Prices, specifications, availability and third-party ratings change. Every page states the date on which its information was recorded. We correct errors when we learn of them, but we give no warranty that information remains current, and you should check the seller's own page before buying. Nothing here is professional, safety, electrical or legal advice.
4. Affiliate compensation
We are paid a commission when a visitor buys through our links. Every product we compare currently pays the same fixed amount, US$ 70 per sale, regardless of product or quantity, and this is disclosed above the first link on every page. Commission does not determine the ranking.
5. Trade marks
Product and brand names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison, as permitted for comparative advertising under Directive 2006/114/EC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any manufacturer named here.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here or from any transaction with a third-party seller. Your statutory consumer rights against the seller are unaffected by anything on this page.
