Who is responsible

What we collect
This website is a set of static pages. We do not operate user accounts, we do not ask you to register, and we do not collect names, addresses or payment details. Three things do process data about your visit:
1. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser user agent — for the purpose of delivering the site and detecting abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2. Google Ads conversion measurement
We use Google's gtag.js to measure whether an advertising campaign led to a visit and an outbound click. This may set cookies and transmit data to Google, including to servers in the United States. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where consent is required. 3. Affiliate click measurement
When you click an outbound link to a seller, a measurement script provided by our affiliate network (Radimarkt, cdn.radimarkt.com) records the click so that a resulting sale can be attributed to this site. This may set cookies or equivalent identifiers. It records the fact and origin of the click — not your name, address or payment details, which you provide directly to the seller.
What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels beyond the conversion measurement described above. We do not embed social media widgets, comment systems or web fonts loaded from third-party servers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to marcosnav1@gmail.com.
Retention
Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for the period set by that provider, typically a few weeks. Measurement data held by Google and by the affiliate network is retained under their own policies.
Changes
We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
